Rural deliveries within Taranaki incur a $15.00 delivery fee

National and International deliveries incur a $25.00 delivery fee.

If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction then Sentiments Flowers Ltd will either arrange a re-delivery of your order to the recipient or provide you with a 100% refund of your order. The refund policy applies to both order deliveries in New Zealand and International deliveries overseas.
